Why should I hire a Sleep Consultant?

While books and articles are very helpful resources, it can get rather overwhelming especially finding the best solution for you and your child. I am here so I can support and help you figure out the missing piece in your puzzle. I have already undergone an extensive programme, read hundreds of articles so you don't have to.

Do you offer remote consultations?

Yes! All my clients that I have worked with (from different parts of the world) have been done remotely via Phone, WhatsApp, Zoom and Email.

When will my child start sleeping better after consulting with you?

You should start to see changes in your child's sleep within the first week. Your child's progress will very much depend on your commitment and your consistency to the solid plan that you and I will come up with together.

Does your method involve in my baby crying or to leave my baby to cry alone?

Yes and no. Yes there will be some level of crying involved. No one likes change and crying is your child’s way of protesting change, making changes to their sleep habits will result in some protest. 


And no, I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone nor will I ask you to ignore their cries. Please understand that I only teach healthy methods that do not harm your child in any way.


When we work together, I will create a plan specifically designed for you and your family based on what you are comfortable with. There is no copy and pasting. 

How else can you help me?

Not only am I a Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant, I am also a Certified Counsellor. You can combine both my services to suit your needs.

Is there a guarantee that your work will work?

I do not offer money back guarantee but I am very confident in my ability to help you and your family.


Your commitment to consistency as we walk through a sleep plan together is essential to success, but you will not do this alone - you will have my support through it. 

What if I can't get my partner or family on board?

My holistic approach is a "team based" approach, meaning that making changes to sleep habits will not just benefit you or your baby but the entire family! While you can definitely be successful at implementing changes on your own, we can fast forward the success when we pursue it as a family.  Your child can benefit greatly when you, your partner, your child's caregiver/s, are able to be committed to the same goals.
